Supercritical power unit is the very complicated controlled object owing to dynamic characteristics of production process full of multi variety, high inertia, high delay, nonlinear and time changeable. The main reasons which impact on the development of the supercritical power units besides the cause of metal materials, the integrated control level increasingly becomes important factors. Control of ratio of fuel to water is the key and the difficulty in controlling supercritical power units, but also restricts the whole control level of the supercritical power units. According to the running features of supercritical once-through boiler, the article proposes a neural network decoupling control method. The method is based on a combination of adaptive neural network BP-tuning PID control algorithm and distributed neural network decoupling algorithm, also used for the ratio of fuel to water of supercritical once-through boiler. The simulation results shows that the design program can decouple control very well, the quality of control system is good and the robustness and anti-interference quality are also good.
