This paper describes the basic principles of the grid-connected PV system in Details,And complete the the key segment of the grid system-the design of the single-phase sine wave inverter's hardware,compile the SPWM modulation process based on DSP2407A,complete the simulation of the photovoltaic cells'characteristics and the island's effect in the environment of the MATLAB7.4.The before the class of the main circuit of the Single-phase sine wave inverter use push-pull boost,MOSFET as a switching device, With a small power-driven, high-speed switching characteristics. SG3525A is the MOSFET driver IC.After the introduction of frequency inverter, also use MOSFET as a switching device, use unipolar SPWM modulation of sine U3990F5 as a driver IC chips. The maximum power MPPT control of the photovoltaic cells use the DSP2407A programming to achieve.Use the DSP2407A as the main controller IC,it has a low-cost, low-power, high-performance characteristics,and it has large memory capacity,and can meet the requirements of the system capacity , at the same time greatly simplifies the external components.
