The dynamic parameters of the flight object, including artificial earth satellite, cluster, etc., are very important for performance analysis. Those parameters can provide aided performance and fault analysis, and provide the important foundation for verifying and optimization design, play an important role for finalizing the design, checking and accepting the flight body.Aiming at the problem on measuring dynamic parameters of the cluster firing by combustion gasbag, this paper studied the design and realization of the dynamic parameters measurement system for the ejection and scattering process of cluster systematically. This paper studied the dynamic parameters measurement principle of the cluster in abominable environment, and analyzed the mathematical means which is based on comprehensive analysis of the current actuality in domestic and international, studied the attitude determination algorithms in-depth. The acceleration and angular velocity measurement system of the ejection and scattering process of cluster is designed for the special environment, and the design of the hardware, reliability of on-board measurement system and the calibration of system are discussed in detail. Two mathematical means are introduced, which are based on comprehensive analysis of many mathematical algorithm, such as Euler algorithm and Adams algorithm. Virtual Reality is a research focus of this paper, the principle of attitude simulation using Virtual Reality Modeling Language combined with measurement data is discussed, and the modeling details of the missile are introduced. The measurement data got in the ejection and scattering experiment is analyzed, whole mathematical algorithm flow chart for measurement attitude data is given, the simulation of attitude is successful.
