Single screw pump has become a main approach of pumping emulsion matrix by its advantages. However, without basis of evaluating the using live, it has seriously threatened the essential safety production of civil blasting material. As essential safety production, it is very urgent and necessary to standardize the design, production, and usage of special production equipment for civil blasting material. Taking stator of single screw pump as the object studied, the using live is studied in this paper. Firstly, starting with working principle of single screw pump, the force on stator of single screw pump is analyzed. Next to it, The test platform of single screw pump, which concentrates machinery, hydraulic pressure, electric, data collection and control, is set up and studied. With finite element analyzing software, the deformation and stress distribution of the stator are analyzed, and the contact friction between the rotor and stator is studied, and calculated the rate of linear wear. Finally, the experimental program for test of characteristic in the single screw and the step-down-stress ALT as well as the statistical method of data analysis are gave, the screw characteristic curve is obtained. If one carry out further test as the program and the method proposed above, it is possible to get the life distribution and the reliable life under certain probability level, which can provide certain theoretical basis for safety management.
