A lot of weapons use tube-launched primarily. For the stability of projectile flying, the folding fins are needed. The wrap-around fins conform to the cylindrical shape of the projectile while in the launch tube. A zero-install roll angle of the wrap around fins projectile still has roll moment at zero angle of attack. In order to meet the needs of the development of weapons, it is necessary to study the aerodynamic characteristics for projectiles with wraparound fins.The object is the projectile with wrap around fins. An elliptical differential equation method of grid generation is applied. The three dimensional Euler equations are solved by the TVD scheme. It can be obtained Variables of flow field at mach numbers of 1.5 to 3.5 and angles of attack of 0 to 8. The coefficients of drag, lift, pitching moment, roll moment and so on are calculated by the integral of projectile surface according to the flow field parameters. The results accord with the aerodynamic theory. By numerical simulation, result analysis of the causes of roll moment and to be proved in theory. The results are rewarding for engineer to reference in wrap around fins design.
