Barrel must achieve the static directional precision so that artillery can be hitting in the first shot, that is the premise to make sure the artilleries to be shoot accurately during it's moving. The straightness of barrel has direct relationship with the emitting, operating life and the flying attitude of cannonballs.In this paper first discussed the wave-deviation method and explained by several examples. Then calculated the original results of the doublet lenses in the muzzle-axis obtain optical system by Wave-deviation Method, designed and optimized this system by ZEMAX. Thirdly, chose a CCD camera, developed the curve of eye lens and CCD receiving system. Finally , measured the major technical standards of the system such as precision, field of view, magnification and the influences on imaging quality when temperature changed.
