There are many advantages in large-span light roof steel structure, for example, elegant,fast construction and wide application. In recent years, as the light steel roof developed continuously; the scope of its application is expanding. However, it is relatively poor wind resistance. As the application is increasing, the destruction of light roof steel structure under wind load was gradually becoming apparent. In this paper, the study content was primary base on the national building standard atlas 06SG515-1 to study the load-carrying capacity of ridge-node for the trapezoidal lightweight steel roof truss, gave the reference value of the elastic limit load-carrying capacity and the elasto-plastic design load-carrying capacity of ridge-node and analyzed the impact of the roof slope for load-carrying capacity of ridge-node. Calculate the reference wind pressure that ridge-node can afford in different span,column spacing ,in order to provide the reference for engineers in roof design.In this paper, Fig 103, Table 22, 34 References.
