EMU is charged with the task of high-speed and long-distance transport, the noise level inside the car becomes an important factor affecting comfort. A large number of studies show that the vibration noise under the car is still the main source of noise inside the car, the merits of vehicle noise performance of the floor, is a direct impact on the spread of vehicle noise from under the car to inside.This paper has designed three floor structure (ID: M8, M7 and T7) of EMU, a test study for acoustic performance is processed, by analyzing test data, the apparent sound insulation curves of the three floor structures and the A weighting sound insulation curves are obtained, and a specific request of floor sound insulation is put forward based on noise source spectrum character.On the basis of test data, the VA one, sound vibration full-frequency simulation software is used on the simulation of sound insulation of M8 and the T7 floor structures, establish different Hybrid models in the low band and high band, and simulation results, theoretical calculation results and experimental results are compared, the error analysis shows that the feasibility of the two modeling methods and the accuracy .This article also analyzes the sound insulation affecting factors of aluminum honeycomb floor structure, based on a variety of factors, such as the area density, sound bridges, damping, put forward methods to improve the sound insulation of aluminum honeycomb floor and simulation results are given.
