As the high-speed development and the process of developing the western region of China's infrastructure, the energy of Shanbei is developing step by step , and in order to solve the problem of electricity in Northwest, a large number of thermal power plants nearby the areas of energy have started . As the energy mined and electric power plants are going to impact on the environment, as well as impact on people's lives .Therefore, the address of the power plants construction is relative remote. The Qingshuichuan power plant is constructing on three sides hills with high mountain slope to be managed .Slope is a geological body , only fundamental understanding of engineering geology of the slope,deformation and destroying mechanisms can completely solve the problem of slope instability , also could prevent and avoid the high slope of the disease and ensure the safe operation of the buildings . So, detailed analysis of the high slope and its stability of supporting structure is particularly important.This article is on the basis of previous studies .Firstly, It describes the development of the pre-stressed Anchor,the characteristics and the field of application , analyses the types of Anchor and its mechanism. Secondly ,I detailed investigated the pre-stressed Anchor in Qingshuichuan power plant slope treatment project in the application , analyzing the main features of the pre-stressed Anchor reinforcement slope and the form of concrete reinforcement. Once again, aiming at the comprehensive characteristics of the pre-stressed anchor reinforces the slope deformation, separately from the construction of organizational design, drilling, anchor production, installation, grouting, tension, pull-out test and monitoring were analyzed. And it applies the finite element numerical simulation to analyze its stability, analyzing the numerical simulation results and comparative of measured values.The Paper evaluates the reinforcement of the effect of high slope and high slope of the long-term stability, making a number of the actual construction process that should pay attention to the problems. Guided the construction of pre-stressed anchor is important. Then, the Paper discusses the design of pre-stressed anchor in the angle optimization, discussing in more details on the design of pre-stressed anchor angle calculation and the application of finite element numerical simulation, according to the actual situation to make some suggestion, which could provide for construction and design reference. Finally, this Paper presents some methods and Advices to be a better application of the slope treatment project of the power plant in Qingshuichuan, and has achieved better results, with a certain degree of social and economic benefits.
