The asphalt concrete of AC-10 type is used in the overlay of pavement,can reduce the thickness of overlay effectively,and can be used as the mat coat of thin layer of preventative maintenance. Base on the asphalt pavement has good performance,makes vehicle can fast,comfortable,safe going. As mat coat,solves the contradiction among the the sealed water, durability and surface texture depth on the pavement,has already become the important subject nowadays studying both at home and abroad. In view of this,this text has carried on research in several following respects:Adopt Marshall's design method and Superpave actual method,combine the present domestic and international application instance, and introduce the sieve pore of 7.1mm in size gradation, design several kinds of AC-10 bituminous mixture. Carry on comparative analysis to the index of Marshall of these kinds of graded samples through testing, the result of the test shows: The Passing Rate that the key sieve pore 2.36mm has comparatively remarkable influence on every index of Marshall. Through to the adjustment of the Passing Rate of 7.1mm,have got the distribution law of change of Passing Rate that the porosity sifts the sieve pore with 7.1mm.Utilize the method of crushing value test and fictitious mechanics experiment to reflect the relation of the skeleton structure of mineral aggregate gradation and the load transfer route,design five groups of grade to the coarse aggregate above 2.36mm,adopt the uniform experimental method,carry on research to themixture skeleton,analyse the function on the mixture structure of aggregate of the key sieve pore 2.36mm. Utilize regression analysis to receive the functional relation between the result of the test of crushing value and texture depth. Analyse several important parameters in the mixture design of the model AC-10:CAratio,Fac ratio,asphalt-aggregate ratio and sieve pore contents of 7.1mm, adopt method of orthogonal test,design 9 groups of grades, carry on research to anti-slide performance of asphalt mixture of model AC-10. The result of the test shows:It exert a largest influence on anti-slide performance for CA ratio,secondly it is asphalt-aggregate ratio. Through this conclusion, key research CA ratio confronts the influence of anti-slide performance. Analyse bailey method formulae CA ratio,meaning in anti-slide performance of two important sieve pore ( 4.75mm)and (2.36mm ). Test indicate, through controlling rationally to the 4.75mm sieve pore and 2.36mm sieve pore, can improve anti-slide performance of the coat of thin layer effectively.
