Based on the actual situation of yushugou tunnel, the papers study on the monitoring and measurment in tunnel constructionand. We have optimized the rated parameter of lining of yushugou tunnel and reduce the cost; A systemic plan including items,method,disposal of data,rule of lining and management of constrction has been make; We have make a evaluate to the safty of construction and reliability of structure on base of the field test for surrounding rock of III,IV,V class; In order to evaluate the stability and the effect of lining,we have make a simulate calculation for initial support and lining of III,IV,V class with the software of FLAC.Thesis achievement arises to important technical support not only for the Optimization design and safety construction ,but also have valuable to the construction and management of highway tunnel in future.
