The sensor's electromagnetic environment in suspension control of magnetic levitation ( MAGLEV, shortly) train is quite bad, which may interfere the analog feedback signals transmission sharply. Applying Networked Control Systems (NCS, shortly) to the suspension control system, which realize the digital transmission of the control feedback loops through network, Could avoid the electromagnetic radialization's interferer to the transmission of signals. In addition, different suspension node in the same network could share the system's states. So it could be possible to design special control laws to realize better steady control. Also, it is possible to design more stronger, more reliable control system. The security and reliability of the networked Suspension control system directly influence the steady operation of the maglev train, so the studies on fault diagnosis and fault tolerant control benefit realizing the maglev train's business operation.Based on the experiment maglev train model which is constructed by NUDT, aiming at the foreland discussion on networked Suspension control system , this paper analyses, designed and carried out Suspension system based on networked control systems for engineering application. And it also discussed the measures aiming at the sensor's fault diagnosis and active fault tolerant control under the condition of Suspension system based on networked control.1. The mathematical model of the networked suspension control sysem is constructed first. Assuming the network as one part of the close loop control, the establishment of the continuous model of the Suspension system is discussed when network exists. The model demonstrate that the system is a model whose orders and parameters vary with the magnitude of the network induced time-delay. Analysis and design of this kind of system can hardly be carried out by using the existing mathematic tools. Then treating the network as a part of the object, a discrete model of the networked suspension control system has been established. Network induced time-delay is the main factor which makes the design of system' control low difficult. Based on model predictive emendation, the studies of compensation algorithms again networked random induced time-delay can compensate the impact of the networked time-delay. Simulations and experiments suggest that the algorithm is effective.2. Faults can happen in any systems with no exception of the networked control system. When considering the uncertainty in the network, applying the sliding mode fault filter, a sensor fault diagnosis algorithm is constructed with consideration of the random induced time delay in the network. active fault tolerant control based on switch strategy is designed,and the simulation results well proved the effectiveness of the algorithm.3. Networked suspension control board and sensor data acquire board is designed based on the DSP chip and CAN bus. The hardware plant of Networked suspension control system is constructed, and then the software is compiled. Based on the plantform, the algorithm put forward is validated.
