Equipment fault diagnosis technology is an important and new area for research which is developing rapidly in and abroad.Currently, the analytical technology of vibration signal is still the main method in monitor and fault diagnosis aspect of gear and bearing. It has already shapen self-contained theories and technique system, but in fact, the vibration signal which is correlative with gear and bearing are usually been polluted by vibration signal of machine and interferential yawp, especially early fault signal is usually feeble, the ratio of signal and yawp is very low, this make capability of ready-made method ineffectively, high error rate, which restrict actual application. Therefore, this paper constitute the fault test-bed of gear and rolling bearing to simulate the gear and bearing fault. Through this way, we can research the application of gear and bearing diagnose method to provide certain reference value for comprehensive application of gear and rolling bearings fault diagnoses with many methods to provide certain reference value for comprehensive application of gear and rolling bearings fault diagnoses with many methods. This paper research the vibration motivation and vibration signal effect with different inspirit factor, and analyze concoct effect because of concussion which is caused by fault of bearing and gear. Taking this as the foundation to discuss spectral analysis technology,resonance demodulation technology,wavelet analysis's technology which are used in gear and bearing diagnose. This paper make use of simulation signal to explain wavelet analysis's application in oddity position,eliminate noise of simulation,application signal analysis. Through wavelet analysis's theory and simulation signal's application open out wavelet analysis's superiority compare with other diagnosis methods in fault diagnosis aspect.Secondly, with a foundation that understanding vibration motivation and diagnosis method of gear and bearing, through the test of fault diagnosis on gear and bearing, we used wavelet analysis technology and resonance demodulation demodulation technology to analyse the actual signal. In this way, we distilled the fault character of gear and bearing successfully. Practice prove: compare with spectral analysis, wavelet analysis, technology,resonance demodulation technology resolve the question which is difficult to acquire feeble fault signal because of big noise and the low SNR. At the same time, they provided a valid measure to distill early fault character.Finally, base on gear and bearing diagnosis method and experiment data, combine with fault criterion, we research and set up diagnosticion system that suit for gear,bearing diagnosis trait.
