With the increase of bridge span, decreasing the deadload of the superstructure themselves becomes a crucial important issue.The prestressed composite box-girder with corrugated steel webs is a kind of new type structure, which makes use of the material characteristics of concrete and corrugated steel webs. It can reduce the workload of bridge construction effectively,solve the problems of tilted cracks in the web, and also facilitate the construction.The corrugated steel webs of prestressed composite box-girder with corrugated steel webs placed in pure shear stress state. The shear capacity of corrugated steel webs depends on the shear buckling strength of the section.The shear bucking mode and ultimate shear capacity of corrugated steel webs ara analyzed by nonlinear finite elements method. The simulations of corrugation configuration are discussed firstly, and the material nonlinearity and geometric nonlinearity are included.On this basis,the influences of corrugation configuretion,the overall dimensions and steel thickness of corrugated webs to ultimate shear bucking load and buckling mode are investigated.In this paper, through the research of shear bucking of the prestressed continuous concrete boxgirder with corrugated steel webs ,provide a theoretical basis for this kind of bridge...
