With large amount of passenger dedicated line and intercity high-speed railway constructing and putting into operation, Chinese railway network leads to perfection gradually and the transport capacity is increasing remarkably. Meanwhile, it is increasingly important for the dynamic parameters which reflect the operation quality of high-speed railway's OCS (overhead contact system). Since there is obvious distinction between the parameters detected at high speed and at low or medium speed, considering that the former is more truthfulness to reflect the actual condition and deserves more reference, it gets more and more attention to adopt more advanced high-speed dynamic OCS detection technology used for researching and evaluating the running quality of railway consequently.In view of the defect and deficiency of current OCS dynamic parameters' inspection methods, according with which can not meet the progress of high-speed railway because of the weight and volume of those sensors installed on the pantograph which change the externality and aerodynamic performance of pantograph and make effect on catenary-pantograph dynamic following response and system security, this thesis presents a novel dynamic parameters' detection scheme which can gain contact force, hard spot and offline situation more accurately through installing accelerometer which is small and light on the bracket of pantograph slide board and coordinating with the wind direction and wind speed sensor which is installed at low-voltage terminal on the locomotive roof based on mechanical model analyzing and calculating those parameters.This thesis makes analysis on static and dynamic force of pantograph slide board detailedly and establishes mechanics model at first, then deduces and calculates each force according with aerodynamic, hydrodynamics and Newton law; emulates and contrastively analyzes air raising force and contact force at different operation speed by using MATLAB software. The thesis makes inspection and judging approach of contact force, hard spot and offline based on correlative standard and the corresponding methods of those parameters with pole numbers.Afterwards, type choosing and function enactment of hardware equipments are made based on analyzing the configuration of OCS inspection system. Namely, accelerometer as well as wind direction and speed sensor are used as data acquisition unit, iCAN series module is used as transmission units, EPCM2000 series module with prolific interfaces and strong data-processing capacity is used as front-end processor, and IPC with stable and reliable performance is used as graphic user interface, data processing module and output terminal; then, the connection mode is designed on account of real-timing requirements.Eventually, the course of analysis, design and realization of the system's application software is also set forth under the ideological guidance and with the technological support of software engineering by combining with inspection approach and correlative standard of contact force, hard spot and offline.
