The research and development of direct-drive motor car bogie are the forefront international issues in the field of urban rail vehicles. With the rapid development of the relevant science and high-tech, it is possible to research practical direct-drive motor car. Now this motor car is being researched, developed, and manufactured abroad. In order to reduce the gap with foreign countries, our country should speed up development and research in this field, to meet transportation needs of urban rail transit, promote and coordinate the development of China's economic quicker and better.After fully researching of the urban rail transit vehicle development at home and abroad and the photos of the Syntegra new-bogie sample vehicle which is researched by German Siemens, we build the simulation model of the sample vehicle with careful analysis. Most of the parameters of the simulation model of the sample vehicle are determined preliminarily by referring to the parameters of other urban rail vehicles and combining with characteristics of the sample vehicle. Some parameters are adjusted after dynamic simulation research. There are the main research contents:This dissertation makes detailed description about general scheme of the motor car bogie structure which is driven by motor directly, and proceeds theoretical analysis to the direction principle. And then builds the dynamic simulation model of the motor car with multi-body dynamics simulation software SIMPACK based on the dynamic simulation model of existing urban rail vehicle. This dissertation makes multitude simulation calculation and analysis. Calculation contents mainly contains parameter optimization and determination for the motor car. And then this dissertation makes nonlinear critical speed calculation for the motor car, and study on the Influence of each parameter variation on the horizontal stability, vertical stability, and dynamic curve negotiation performance.Direct-drive is a new driving mode, and its application scope is amphibolous. Regarding motor in-phase torque as the starting point and basing on sample car traction force, this dissertation calculates the adaptability according to the grouping-mode of urban rail vehicle.Calculation and analysis results show that the structure of the direct-drive motor car is simple and practical, it has excellent curve negotiation performance and braking performance, the tractive ability is relatively strong, so it is suitable for urban subway vehicles, urban rail vehicles, etc. This dissertation works to make previous preparation for researching and developing direct-drive motor car.
