Classification of surrounding rock stability is the foundation of designation of underground engineering, The uncertain factors of underground engineering are notable,impersonal and ubiquitous, thus, the influence of these non-certainty must be considered in stability analysis of surrounding rock. The fuzzy maths method based on subject function plays more and more important role in classification of rock mass. Therefore, in this paper study on this problem has theoretical and practical significance in engineering .First,the main factors for the classification of rock stability are selected by carefully analyzing all the influencing factors of rock stability in underground structures. Then,on the basis of analyzing the relationship of the influencing factors and fuzzification of rock stability,the model of two-stage fuzzy synthetic judgment is established to classify the rock stability by using fuzzy mathematics theory. After solving the problems of determining degrees of membership,basic weight value,and erecting their algorithm,a method of two-stage fuzzy synthetic judgment is developed.According to the model of two-stage fuzzy synthetic judgment and actual situation of Wuzhuang iron mine, obtained the main factors indexes which influence rock stability of tunnels by field survey data and experiments.Use the method of two-stage fuzzy synthetic judgment to classify the rock stability of Wuzhuang iron mine. The method of two-stage fuzzy synthetic judgment is used to build the identifying model to realize the classification analysis on the stabiliy of the surrounding rocks of tunnels.Finally, according to the results of the method of two-stage fuzzy synthetic judgment to classify the rock stability and actual situation of tunnel support of Wuzhuang iron mine, the fast lagrangian analysis of continua (FLAC) is used to simulate the support methods of tunnels classifiedâ…¢,â…£andâ…¤. By analyzed different class tunnels stability condition, determined the support methods of tunnels classifiedâ…¢,â…£andâ…¤. Used this method provide the theoretical basis and scientific foundation for reasonbale exploitation desige and saefty in production and administration.
