With the requirement of high precision and high efficiency, as well as high processing requirements of surface roughness, static pressure technology becomes more and more important. At present, theoretical analysis is the most part for hydrostatic bearing. For more accurate and intuitionistic results, this paper uses finite element simulation technology, via analysis software ANSYS/CFX, analyze the oil film sluices'pressure, the deformation of the thin-film, as well as the oil film pressure and flow field's influence to hydrostatic bearing's carrying capacity under different oil sump depth and different shaft speed.During the study, this paper by finite element analysis software ANSYS/CFX, based on the fluid-solid iteration method, analyze hydrostatic bearing film sluice's pressure and film deformation for island film sluice and normal film sluice, getting the two sluices'oil film pressures and film deformations under the same boundary conditions. By means of finite element analysis software CFX, based on the finite volume method, by changing oil sump depth and shaft speed, analyze both centripetal bearing with returning oil slot and without returning oil slot's oil film pressure and flow velocity distribution. Attempting to study the relationship between oil film color and film pressure, getting the result that the increase of oil film pressure makes the oil film color's RGB value increased, and the greater the pressure changes, the more obvious the RGB value changes. And this experiment makes a foundation for testing the oil film pressure by the oil film color.According to the above analysis, getting the following results: the new island-style film center's deformation is uniform, so that it can overcome the normal film's easily plastic deformation and extend the sluices'life; Under the same boundary conditions and solution parameters, the shallow recess's oil pressure is greater than the deeper recess, that is shallow recess's carrying capacity is greater. Centripetal bearing without returning oil slot's effective bearing area is greater than the centripetal bearing with returning oil slot, that its static pressure load-bearing capacity is greater; The shaft rotate speed influences the oil flow status and pressure distribution, and the higher the shaft rotate speed, the greater the negative pressure value at the edge of the resistive oil edges.
