The shortage of petroleum resource along with the increase of fuel pollution makes the electric vehicle, especially the fuel cell vehicle draw more and more attentions.In this paper, a layout of fuel cell vehicle with multiple energy resources is established according to the research requirements of national project 973. Upon the layout, vehicle for testing use will also be built as an importance experiment platform for the researches of the energy storage system for vehicle and the integrated technologies for multiple energy resources.Upon the base parameters of fuel cell vehicle and the design demands of electric vehicle mentioned by national project 863, along with the acceleration performance, climb performance and typical drive cycles, the related vehicle power demands, energy demands, dynamical performances and economic performances are obtained through the construction of math models for dynamic simulation. Moreover, the matching calculation of motor, fuel cell, battery and ultracapacitor are completed based on the simulation platform for the purpose of realizing vehicular performance optimization and offering main basis for the selection of dynamic components.Related vehicle control strategy and energy management strategy are put forward upon the characteristic of dynamic system with multiple energy resources. With the aim of enhancing system efficiency, especially the operating efficiency of fuel cell, the control arithmetic suitable for multiple energy resources is established and'V circle mode'is introduced to the main program developing. The integrated control system with independent knowledge property right lays the foundation for the communication, harmonization and optimization of integrated dynamic system.
