Flow measurement is critical to control, managment and settlement in industry production. difficult problem such as multiphase flow measurement has draw more attention. Flow measurement using correlation algorithm has became the hotspot of multiphase flow measurement study.Correlation Flowmeter won't disturb the flow of fluids, neither will it be worn out by porous media flow be cause there's no moving parts. and it can be applied to Fluids with a wild range of different Physical Properties. So correlation algorithm is necessary when coping with problems impossible to other Measuring Methods.With the principle of correlation algorithm as beginning ,the thesis proposed a set of solution to resolution and Real-time of correlation Flowmeter by comparing (amplitude correlation,polarity correlation,FFT,minimum differential)the main content is as follow:1. Introduction of the theory basics and mathematical basis of correlation algorithm2 math model of the Correlation Flow Measurement is built the complete structure is constructed with analysis of each module 's function3 Building the Test Software with labwindows/CVI, testing the resolution and Real-time of various correlation algorithms.As the outcoming of the experiment, realtime calculation is possible for both FFT and amplitude correlation with Labwindows/CVI's own functions. FFT has a better performence when sampling rate is high, while polarity correlation is more suitable for embbeded systems.
