Rare earth oxide (La1-xPrx)2/3Sr1/3Co0.8Ni0.2O3(x=0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8) samples were obtained by solid state-reaction method, and whose phase structures were tested. Electrical conductivity relaxation method and vander pauw method were used to determine the oxygen chemical diffusion coefficients Dchem , conductivities. The results of the XRD spectra show that the (La1-xPrx)2/3Sr1/3Co0.8Ni0.2O3(x=0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8) samples which were obtained by solid state-reaction method had formed polycrystal, and the main crystal phase is perovskite phase. The crystal structure and crystal phase of samples had sharp changes with the decreasing of content Pr.The testing results of conductivities of the samples appear that the relation of conductivity and oxygen partial pressure isσ∝Po2n. The conductivity increases with the reducing of content Pr and the decreasing of temperature. The max conductivity of the specimen of LPSCN-82 is 974.74 Scm-1 at 500℃, 1.00bar oxygen partial pressure. The oxygen chemical diffusion coefficient testing results show that the LPSCN samples have higher oxygen chemical diffusion coefficients, which increase gradually with the decreasing of content Pr and the rising of temperature. The oxygen chemical diffusion coefficient Dchem of LPSCN-82 is 1.18×10-4cm2s-1at 800℃.
