Fast and lightweight has become the development trend of theRolling Stock in the twenty-first century. Under the circumstances, the Railways in Our Country through Six full-speed, and the Electricity Multiple Unit continuously open, the railway transportation get an unprecedented rapid development. However, Opportunity coexists with challenge, With the speed continuous improvement, the traffic accidents cause more loss. Compared with the highway and aviation, railway transport has its unique Impact Problem. Due to heavy collision resulted in a lot of energy need to be absorbed. How to enhance the anti-collision below the premise of fast and lightweight has become a key factor for the development of the rail transport. In view of the above background, this paper mainly do the following several aspects of the work:First of all, introduce the related theoretical about collision, using PAMCRASH software for crushing tube static compression simulation test, drop hammer simulation test and two cars collide simulation test. Part of simulation results compare with the experimental dates which are from Qing dao si fang research institute, to ensure the accuracy of the simulation test for the simulation of foundation.Secondly, introduce basic thought and basic theory knowledge about response surface method. Adopting total divisor Advanced DOF of the two factor and five level, twenty-five sample points in the acceptable design region are selected. According to the targeted value of the sample points, thin-walled tubes are carried out optimization of anti-collision analysis by the response surface method. Finally, an optimization design method which organically integrate collision software PAMCRASH and multi-disciplinary optimization software iSIGHT together is proposed. This method is to use the destination file of the PAMCRASH software generate a script file which is imported to iSIGHT. After optimizing targets, design variables and constraints defined, some optimization scheme is taken to optimize the design.
