This paper is based upon the integrated comfort requirements which comes up the task of high-speed EMUs single field of dynamic simulation, focus on the main factors affecting the comfort of human body when the high-speed train over 200km/h, especially consider the possible performance in the track irregularity of the running lines or in other words the passenger-special line. Integrated comfort is one of important issues of high-speed vehicle dynamics researches in our country. First of all, the huge investment in building a special line, its final investing benefit main performance is high-speed track irregularity spectrum, this is an important basis data for hanging design of the high-speed vehicles. Secondly, vehicle action is longitudinal action between adjacent vehicle of EMU, which reflects the response of vehicle's vertical acceleration under the role of the gas-liquid vehicle buffer coupler body, then Nvm evaluation can be adopted. Therefore, track irregularity, suspension characteristics and the impact of the workshop are three important factors that affect the comfort of high-speed vehicles.CRH5 is the studying object in this paper, according to the random vibration theory, veering rack suspension system will be simplified to a single wheel-two series hanging model, and analysis the throttling orifice diameter, spring damping effect and the quality on spring and so on bring the affection to the air-spring vehicle, also compare with parameter simulation results and ALSTOM test data, in order to determine the main parameters of the vertical suspension. Establish DellNer gas-liquid coupling buffer model, considering the characteristics and hysteresis curves, construct a longitudinal hanging system with a variable stiffness and damping, thereby reflect the reaction between each bodywork of the trains, and considering the effect of longitudinal vibration to human body's comfort. Track irregularity is the main factor of human body vibration and impact comfort, as a result of no random track irregularity power spectrum of high-speed passenger line at present in our country, and this article make a evaluation on comfort by high and low interference spectrum and small defects disturbance from Germany high-speed rail. Through analysis spectral density function and comfort analysis of the results we find out that characteristics of small defects is that it have great power in low-frequency spectrum, so shock-sensitive band can be under efficient control, and it is better for protecting the track of the passenger-line in real condition, and better reflects the long-wave–induced disturbance to train and the human body.Simulation results of comfort analysis is consistent with simulation results of ALSTOM in numerical rule, they are comparable and accord with the actual rule. In particular, Y's values of Wz are approximate, but Z's values are much better than ALSTOM's. The main reason is ALSTOM directly adopts the secondary suspension equivalent stiffness during the analysis process, in fact, the characteristics of air-spring suspension reflects the non-linear varieties of dynamic stiffness go long with the disturbance frequency, while it is precisely neglected by the air-spring equivalent simplified model. The conclusion can be made as below through all analysis :①Characteristic of suspension have the test data as the base and also consider the role of the train body in the hysteresis-loop form, so the vehicle group established in the paper can serve as a comfort evaluation model of CRH5.②its comfort evaluation are comparable with ALSTOM's simulation data, the two horizontal comfort evaluation show that: as horizontal suspension have a characteristic of low-impedance and small hysteresis, high-speed vehicle is easier to form a low-frequency and horizontal movement, and this is a main factor leading to dizziness, vomiting, irritability etc psychological and physiological phenomenon;③Through comparing the spectrum of the German Low interference, high spectral interference and the United Kingdom small defects, spectrum of the small defects can exactly reflect the real situation of the passenger line, in other words increasing long-wave disturbance energy appropriate in order to restrain sensitive waves efficiently.
