Modern power supply is developing with the directions of the high frequency applied technology, modularizing hardware structure, intelligent production performance and green. This dissertation is devoted to the study on the power factor correcting (PFC) controlled by DSP.The choice of active PFC topology and the design of power device parameters are introduced. Through expounding the principle of single-phase PFC correcting circuit, the parameters choice method of applied controller is put forwards, and the circuit is simplified according to the engineering experiments. The low power loss passive absorb circuit is adopted to reduce the turn-off loss of switch device greatly.The external circuits and choice model of digital signal processor are introduced. The characteristic and designing basis of DSP are proposed, and the performances and external circuits design of TMS320F2808 are presented in detail.The digital control realization and modeling of BOOST-PFC DSP are mainly provided. The basic principle of DSP digital control BOOST-PFC is presented. The small-signal power model of voltage loop and current loop is setup. The optimal parameters of control system are calculated in theory. The several key algorithm programs of EMA exponent shift average to realize DSP control are proposed.The software design and hardware design of DSP controlled PFC system are introduced. The several important implement parts are presented in detail, such as the hardware design of DSP controlled PFC system, the PCB drawing outline, software hybrid compiled frame of TMS320F2808 DSP system, sampling and anti-interference, etc. The correcting current waveforms of actual circuit are given.
