| The terrain features of Jinan is that the southern part is higher than the northern. There is the Yellow River dike in the north obstructing the flood running from the southern mountain region. In this case,Xiaoqing River is the only flood relief channel. Whenever it is raining heavily, the powerful rainfall-runoff of the northern mountain region is running down from the mountain to the city,and causing flood disastrous easily. In recent years, the social economy of Jinan city is developping rapidly,and the city scale is expanding faster.Meanwhile,the promlems in the urban flood control works are becoming increasingly prominent. The current flood control systerm can't meet the needs of the rapid development of Jinan city.In this case,the government of Jinan started a study on the flood control decision support system , aiming to improve the modernized level of flood control and management in Jinan .The study content of this paper is flood routing in river networks,which is an important integral part of the systerm. With the MIKE11 simulation software developed by the Danish Hydraulic Institute(DHI),the river networks hydrodynamic model based on the features of jinan city is established.And a hydrologic model is setting up using the NAM model .Numerical simulation of river network flow in jinan city is presented in terms of NAM model and HD model.Some key technology link(ie:network generalizing, parameter adjustment, etc) in the process of model set-up is studied. Ascertaining the parameters of the river networks model by using the data of observed discharge and water level from 1997 to 2007 in huangtaiqiao hydrologic station.The result indicates that the model can simulate the flood routing in the network,and the accuracy can meet the requirement of forecasting. Based on previous research works,a designed short duration storm pattern suitable for jinan city is established.On this base, flood routing can be simulated when the rainfall intensity is different in the studying area. This paper is of great significance to flood-earlying waring and can decrease the loss caused by the flood in Jinan city . |
