Based on comprehensive analysis of the current canal paving geomembrane, using the combined method between the theoretical analysis and computer simulation to deeply research the theory of canal seepage-proofing by geomembrane and the key part of canal geomembrane paved mechanism, and developed the virtual machine which based on the discharging geomembrane amount adjusting system of the six-phase-six-link pulse CVT.Analyzed the performance of plastic geomembrane which is taken as the principal part of canal seepage-proofing, and identified the property of geomembrane which meet the required of the mechanized geomembrane paved.Dynamics of the positively synchronously paving geomembrane mechanism is analyzed, compared the difference between the ideal angle acceleration of the geomembrane rollθL and the angle accelerationθJunder the action of practical friction force, and put forward the way to solve the problem which arise between the discharging plastic roll and the geomembrane roll. Proved that using positive and synchronous way to pave geomembrane can solve the pulling problem during the paving.Developed the discharging geomembrane amount adjusting system, built the mathematic model of the six-phase-side-by-side connecting link pulse CVT, Analyzed the theoretic motion law, got the ideal working space and from the mechanistic principles finished the automatic adjusting of the discharging amount of the geomembrane paved mechanism.Basing on the Pro/E software, developed the virtual machine of canal paving geomembrane, Analyzed the kinematical property by considering the real condition. proved that under the low speed condition this mechanism can guarantee the real quality of paving geomembrane.
