Along with the improvement of people's life, the growth of the social economy, and the carrying forward of the international process, the comprehension of the relationship between the health and the water quality is deepened continuously. This paper optimization the experimental conditions through jar test,Analysis of variance for the affecting coagulation effects as turbidity, alkalinity, temperature; And through multiple linear regression analysis established PAC,PAFC coagulant dosage mathematical model,to achieve a reasonable amount of control coagulant dosage and raising the quality of the water. This paper optimized experimental conditions for square beaker, come to the following conclusions:1) the mixing time in 15~20min;2) Analyze the factors that affect the beaker test: faster speed>slow speed>faster time>slow time>medium-speed>medium-speed time;3) The optimal experimental conditions for jar tests:faster 500r/min,1min,G 320S-1; medium-speed 150r/min,2min,G 65S-1;Slowly stirred 30r/min,12min,G 8S-1.Through the factors that affect the coagulation effect, the greatest impact is the turbidity, followed by temperature, alkalinity also affect the coagulation outcome.Establish a mathematical model for PAC,through multiple linear regression analysis: Y=3.8265+0.08919X1+0.783/X1+1.8090X3+0.1481X4-0.0702X5±1.035,the correlation coefficient 0.9811;PAFC mathematical model:M=126.41+0.048 X1+165.81 ln[(X1—2) /X1]—0.056 X3—4.42 X4—0.27 X5±18.97,the correlation coefficient 0.7698;Fitting the experimental data with the model prediction is good. The water of 2006 compared with 2004,water conditions similar, the cost of coagulant annual savings 2.10 million, have a good social and economic benefits.
