The concrete pavement at the traffic under heavy load damage arising from premature has become the main reason for the road damage especially in the soft soil zone. This thesis to be heavy-duty transport for road damage and the structural design problem, combining the results of previous studies, through traffic,vehicle type,transfinite investigate the situation of overloading, as well as basic research on the role of heavy-duty vehicles on the road a reasonable load body schema, mechanical characteristics, failure mechanism, to carry out heavy-duty transportation research and countermeasure analysis.Research adapt to traffic conditions in Anhui Province overloaded heavy-duty traffic pavement structure design method(Including the axle load analysis, pavement material properties, structure and thickness of composite design calculations), made to adapt to heavy-duty traffic roads in Anhui province code line structures and design methods.In this paper, Anhui Hefei– Huainan road for a typical road structure, the use of ANSYS soft subgrade soil under heavy load at the stress and strain analysis of numerical simulation. Aspects of dynamic load, this article first analyzes the causes of dynamic load, as well as basic theoretical analysis, then give a concrete pavement structure under moving load at the theoretical solution, the end from the unit type selection, surface material properties, loads the form of analysis, etc. In the model selected aspects, soft soil roadbed replace by the stiffness coefficient of spring ; Trace the role of round concrete pavement replace by concrete beams. Has discussed the pavement structure with the ANSYS finite element analysis software under the moving load function the stress and the change situation. Finally quantitative analysis of the axle load, subgrade modulus(Spring stiffness coefficient), factors such as the traveling speed of the calculation of structure. Concluded that the traffic overloaded with soft soil roadbed power under the common forms of road damage from heavy-duty soft soil roadbed leading to the re-settlement began, caused by the road round part of the settlement track, sparking off track, pits, cracking, subsidence and other damage, so that significantly shorten the life of the road, attenuation to speed up the pavement Performance, by improving the structure of layer modulus could improve the life of the road, traveling speed have a direct impact on the situation of the road by force.
