| That, regulations study on influence of existing pile foundation near subway station and ambient ground deformation by Metro ariway tunneling, is very important for security of Metro construction and normal operation of adjacent existing bridge. Research on influence regulations of existing pile foundation near subway station possess important engineering practical value. This paper, making Beijing Metro Line 10 GuoMao station airway as engineering background, studying regulations on influence of adjacent existing bridge deformation and ambient ground settlement by Drift-Pile-Arch (Drift-PBA) method of station airway. The primary content and conclusion is as follows:(1) The thesis studys mechanism of ground settlement, main acts of ground deformation by shallow-buried and concealed excavated method tunnelling, and the construction measures of controling ground deformation.(2) That, shape of main structure of ststion and tunneling method of station airway, is carried out in aspect of compare and choice. With finite element method(FEM), that, horizontal movement, vertical movement of adjacent existing bridge foundation piles and settlement of ground, are studied and analyzed in four different engineering case. Finally, the forth engineering case, which is combined with vertical excavation and dividing layer excavation, is chose to tunneling the station airway.(3) Construction method of station north airway is given in this thesis. Some key construction phases are comfirmed about station airway tunneling. With finit element value analysis method, the regulations are studied on influence of settlement of adjacent bridge foundation piles and ambient ground, due to northwest and northeast airway main construction phases, including headings tunneling, crown beam, arch springing, backfill, arch, and main tunnel excavating. Settlement range by north airway construction is predicting in this thesis. The results show that the influence of ground settlement by northwest and northeast airway arch construction phase is biggest in the three key construction phases.(4) Monitoring plan of adjacent bridge and ground deformation is designed, based on predicted settlement value. Controling measures of bridge pile foundation and ground deformation is suggested in this thesis. On-sit monitoring research is completed, and that, bridge pile foundation fedormation regulation of three main construction phases of airway, is analyzed. Reality and predicted monitoring value are basic identical, and it shows that the FEM result is credible. |
