| Energy saving and environment protecting are recognized as the core of the sustainable development. Fuel Cells with with high efficiency, low environmental impact and convenient to use have came into the people's vision. It is recognized as the most preferred green and high efficiency electrical device. The development of its catalyst is one of the most challenging tasks. This paper focuses on improving the catalyst efficiency by synthesizing orderd mesoprous carbon with different methonds. Then, we prepare the catalysts by using the OMCs as the catalyst supporters.In this paper, we synthesize the OMCs by Hydrothermal method and Ultrasonic method respectively. According to the microstructure and appearance characterization, we also compare the two OMCs. The characterization of XRD shows that: the OMCs can be synthesized both by Hydrothermal method and Ultrasonic method. However, the characterization of TEM shows that: the OMC synthesized by Hydrothermal method has structure collapse and amorphous region, while the OMC synthesized by ultrasonic method indicates an ordered 2D hexagonal mesoporous structure.In this paper, we prepare the catalysts of Pt/C,PtAu/C,PtAuSn/C by using active carbon,OMC by Hydrothermal method and OMC by Ultrasonic method as the catalyst supporters separately. The characterization of Cyclic voltammetry shows that: the electrochemical property of the catalysts use the OMC as catalyst supporters are better than the catalyst uses the active carbon as catalyst supporter, the electrochemical property of the catalyst uses the OMC synthesized by Ultrasonic method as supporter is the best. The anti-poisoning property of the Pt/C,PtAu/C catalysts use the OMC as supporters are worse than the catalyst uses the active carbon as supporter, but the anti-poisoning property of the PtAuSn/C catalyst use the OMC as catalyst supporters are better than the catalyst uses the active carbon as catalyst supporter. The anti-poisoning property of the PtAuSn/C catalyst uses the OMC synthesized by ultrasonic method is the best.So, we conclude that: the OMC synthesized by Ultrasonic method is an ideal catalyst supporter of the PtAuSn/C catalysts. |
