The advantage of turning bridge is that it can build supporting frame and pour concrete by the two sides terrain of the bridge, then turn to the right place. This has not affected on rivers,lakes or roads which the bridge across. It has several advantages such as: simple design and construction, forcing clearly, short construction duration, high integrative level, material saving and safe. As a result it has been mastered and developed easily.This paper according to the XiaoXinglang turning arch bridge project in Guizhou province, which use the open cross-section thin-walled box technology. It makes 2D and 3D modeling of bridge structures by finite element analysis software, analyse different phases of construction, then gets effective approach. This has necessary significance for bridge constructon.(1)Has been completed in accordance with domestic Swinging Bridge, widely accessible collection of information, the opening of the thin-walled box-arch bridge construction method to conduct in-depth understanding of the key considerations focus on the construction phase, the final selection of arch ring-pull from a focus on the stage Analysis, system control section has been the displacement and stress the need for actual construction has a sense of reference.(2)Construction of the Arch, the use of finite element theory, the construction phase and operational phase of the Arch of static and dynamic analysis, was brought under control cross-section from top to bottom edge of stress, which stress the dangers of an analysis and proposed The solution to the problem or note.(3)Taking into account the enormous tension cable, may cause pressure on the Arch of instability. According to the above research , this paper introduces the most improtant issues during the construction monitoring, it makes sense to the XiaoXinglang Bridge project which is on construction. Also, it supplies theoretical and practical value to the similar structure bridge construction in west of China.
