| In the Prefabricated Prestressed Concrete Box Girder deisign and calculation the influence of the birdge deck on the stucture performance was neglected. But as the development of the construction method and the appliance of the new material,the durability of the pavement has been enhanced,so the bridge dack can work with grider,and congruence effect should be consider in the calculation.Baed on the FEM analysis of Prestressed Concrete Box Girder and previous experiment of laminated grider,the influence of bridge deck on the stucture performance were analyzed in theory. Though compareing the FEM analysis result to the result of static load test, the practical calculation method of Prestressed Concrete Box Girder are provided. Three problems have been mainly solved in the paper as the following:(1) The influence of the birdge deck on the Prestressed Concrete Box Girder performance. In the influence of the birdge deck ,Bending Capacity of Cross Section and Diagonal Shear Strength of the Prestressed Concrete Box Girder were analysis.(2)The research on the Shear Strength of combined interface between birdge and precast gider. Though the FEM analysis and previous experiment ,the influence of load factors to the shear stress of combined interface were analyzed, and the calculating method was deduced. Conclusion established a favourable foundation for further study on the construction treatment of combined interface.(3)Engineering Application Research. Based on project, construction treatment of combined interface were designed. The Co-Affect Of Bridge Deck and Precast Beam were analyzed through static load test. Based on the reserch conclusion,constitution design of bridge deck were optimized. |
