Asphalt pavement was constructed widely in domestic road tunnel,with the good performance,such as low noise,good anti-slip performance,simple maintaining and comfortable riding.However,tunnel fire not only conduces enormous economic losing,but also compromises the safety of passengers.In addition,the asphalt pavement in road construction mostly adopts the traditional material HMA(Hot Mix Asphalt).For HMA's requirement of high temperature,asphalt and aggregate must be heated to a high level in the process of construction.It not only consumes a large amount of energy but also emits abundant of emissions and fumes which threaten the surrounding environment and the health of workers during the operation of produce and construct.Therefore the usage of HMA causes negative effects which include environmental damage,excessive consumption of energy and shrink of living space for people.This article will present such a situation to develop Safety and Environmental Protection high-viscosity modified asphalt in order to change this situation.This article first joins high viscosity modifier TPS in the asphalt to develop the high viscosity modified asphalt,then joins the burning inhibitor preparation high viscosity being flame-resistant asphalt again and studies its main performance index.Finally joins environmental protection chemical additive Sasobit to prepare the Safety and Environmental Protection high-viscosity modified asphalt.The research indicated that:By mixing the appropriate amount of the Sasobit,can effectively reduce the high temperature viscosity of asphalt,which reduces the construction of temperature,to achieve the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection.At the same time,mixes the quantity Sasobit also to be possible suitably the asphalt high temperature performance,enhances the asphalt pavement anti-wheel rut ability.Through to Safety and Environmental Protection high-viscosity modified asphalt conventional target and SHRP target test,Show that the softening point of asphalt increased penetration and reduced ductility;rutting factor,viscosity Sasobit with the increase of volume, while reducing the fatigue factor.
