Study On The Highway Construction Network Establishment And Optimization Based On Ecosystem Protection

Along with the accelerating of our country highway construction step, environment problem is outstanding in the course of the highway construction. According to the present condition that the ecosystem is weak in the course of the highway construction ,we consider the ecosystem protection technique during the course.The paper proposes the research of construction network establishment and optimizing basing on ecosystem protection.The research has an important influence on the highway construction and environments harmony.Firstly the paper disserts construction network establishment procedure considering ecological impact.Then ,relying on the xi'han highway engineering item, considering special geography, geology, the geography and the ecosystem environments, combining the project time and the project cost, the paper establishes construction network taking the environmental protection as the target. Secondly, the paper establishes the construction network planning multiobjective model, and introduces the optimization method of the construction network multiobjective plan.Lastly,the paper establishes multi-level and multiobjective model which considers technical economy target and the environment target, uses fuzzy mathematics decision theory to optimize a superior project, optimize the network plan scientificly and objectively.The research of the paper can instruct the arrangement and controls of the highway engineering construction which consider the environmental protection, provide a reference to the establishment of multi-level and multiobjective model which considers economic target and the environment target and provide referential experience to environmental protection in later highway construction.
