| Daqing Oil field has entered the development stage with high water. To improve oil recovery ratio and ensure the sustainable and stable development, many new flooding technologies are explored with science and technology problem tacking in oilfield. With the research development, ASP flooding technology, a new technology, is presented on the basis of Polymer flooding. This technology can improve oil recovery ratio about 10% and 20% on the basis of Polymer and water flooding respectively. Then a new requirement is presented on reciprocating pump for pumping ternary mixture. This paper firstly researched the physical and chemical properties and the flow mechanism of the mixture, emphasized on analyzing the main technology problems of the pump. The reciprocating pump with high efficient and low viscosity loss is designed.Firstly, the application status of the boost pumps is analyzed in oilfield, including large displacement and multi-stages centrifugal Pump, piston pump and high-pressure injection pump.Secondly, the technology development trend of boost pump is investigated. The technology gap in boost pump is mastered in China and at abroad.Thirdly, the working mechanism for piston pump is studied in detail, and the movement characteristics of the piston are analyzed.Fourthly, the flow mechanism of ternary mixture is analyzed. The viscosity degradation factors of ternary mixture in piston pump are studied.At last, based on the actual situations in oilfield, a dual-role single-cylinder reciprocating pump satisfying the process requirements pumping ternary mixture is designed. The movement of the pump is analyzed. |
