In the Process of the earthquake, as the majority of valuable equipment has not taken seismic measures to avoid slipping, overturning, or collision, the equipment will be damaged or the accuracy of performance will decreased . Sometimes the control system will stop or malfunction,which will result in greater loss.The main contents of this paper is as follows:1.Take the structure of a framework as a example, using Ansys software to establish finite element analysis model of a non-isolated structure and isolated structure . Analyze the dynamic response of the two structural system in the level of earthquake. Discuss the protective effect for the equipment of base-isolated structures.2.Put the theoretical analysis of the level slipping theory of floating objects . Establish finite element model of floating device, analysis block contact with the floor surface, preliminary discuss the characteristic of block-seismic slip.3.Summary of the existing earthquake design of the floating objects. Based on the theoretical analysis, earthquake measures are proposed to increase the level of seismic response of floating equipment.
