It is an important content for NATM construction in tunnel to establish the deformation criterion. We must control the deformation and displacement of surrounding rock by deformation monitoring to feed back information to set up control criterion, and then we adjust the excavation rate and support rate as well as support strength, when the thing is serious, we should change the initial parameter design of tunnel, so we can achieve construction safety and high quality. We must have a concerned deformation control criterion to judge the surrounding rock and support structure safety because of non-contact three dimensional with total station, so it has some important economic significances and practical values to study absolute deformation control criterion.This paper mainly consists of five parts, which are studying on absolute displacement control criterion of tunnel safety, theory analysis about tunnel limit absolute displacement, finally displacement prediction by regressing the measurement data in scene, setting up absolute displacement control criterion, software analysis system about absolute displacement.Associating with highway tunnel construction of Liuan-Wuhan, the distribution rules of three-dimensional displacement of surrounding rock and primary support by non-contact three dimensional displacement monitoring with total station. Based on the numerical analysis and analysis about distribution rules of three dimensional deformation, tunnel limit absolute deformation was put forward according to the results of numerical analysis of FEM load - construct model, at the same time, the range of limit absolute deformation was put forward according to the results of regression analysis of measurement data of different surrounding rock grade, different depth and different excavation method. The absolute deformation control criterion was verified by comparing the results of numerical analysis and solutions of regression with the displacement value and displacement rate of surrounding rock and primary support. The software analysis system of non-contact three dimensional deformation measurement was set up by using Visual C # software development platform and database Access2003, which has some functions of data import, data process, data map, determine the tunnel safety, revising the deformation criterion, and so on.
