Dividing streets into different Levels, respectively, using different means and methods of renewed means, finally, the overall block achieve space regeneration and function well-structured.In allusion to the public participation in renewal, thesis propose to establish a "Neighborhood" organization, which using the relationship between neighborhood of the original residents, establishing the organizations by themselves, in order to set up the renewed organization from the public, actualize the desire of individual user is able to be expressed through the formation of organizations, all of these ensure that the public can be effectively participating in the renewal of old block.Thesis try to find a way of urban renewal apply to the characteristics of small cities, which focus on the harmonious living environment of the old blocks in small city and maintaining and using the personal relationships.
