Steel reinforced concrete construction is widely used by transfer structure in Practical Projects because of its virtues such as higher bearing capacity, higher stiffness and excellent seismic behavior. But the form of steel is so simplex, which mainly put steel in the ordinary reinforced concrete beams with the shape of I or H, that it can't well meet the needs of the practical projects whose stuctures are more and more complicated . However, it affects the reinforcing bars to link up at knot areas, and cant suit the idea of "strong knot". Especially, the high building with transfer structure belongs to irregular vertical structure, so it is very necessary to optimize the steel forms.Based on two actual projects of shear wall structure, one with steel reinforced concretr (SRC) trafer beam and the other with steel truss reinforced concrete transfer beam, study was carried out firstly according to Finite element theory. Through analyzing and comparing the behaviors of these two different trafer floor under vertical concentrated load, the article mainly study how the shape of steel struss affects the load Capacity of beams and the force transferm echanism, features of stresses of reinforcing bars and steel truss. Then, the authou adopt ANSYS to conduct the structure with steel truss reinforced concrete transfer beam by modal analysis, response spectrum analysis and time history analysis, studying on dynamical characteristics and the response characteristics under the condition of horizontal. Results show that steel struss reinforced concrete transfer beams can transfer stress by the way of the arc. By arranging the steel trusses, the shortest and most direct force path is achieved to transfer upper loads, and optimize the complicated stress condition of the ordinary steel reinforced concrete transfer beams. So, it can remedy the weakness of the latter in high buildings. Built-in steel struss is advantageous to better the connect of reinforcing bar at knot area and perforce good ductility. The failure mode of steel truss reinforced concrete transferdeep beam is improved significantly, which has good plasticity, and brittle failuremode of normal reinforced concrete transfer beam, especially deep flexuralmembers, is avoided. Therefore, steel truss reinforced concrete transfer beams has virtues as high load carrying capacity, large rigidity, good deformability, and great economic value etc. It can be widely used in transfer structure when the beam span largely or bear Heavier load. This conclusion of the study is very valuable to promote the use of the steel truss reinforced concrete transfer beams.
