Nowadays, "approaching construction" is always a popular study in the cities of tunnel engineering. The approaching construction for two neighboring parallel tunnels in the numerous underground projects is the most normal and basic type in the development of underground space in city. Taking the research of Guangzhou subway NO.6 line Changsha approaching tunnel and Donghu subway station and back-turning line over approaching tunnel for example, it is emphasiszed on the study of mechanics action and ground surface settlement of approaching construction for the most basic type of two neighboring level parallel tunnels in thethesis.Research on following items:1. Used FLAC3D to simulate the different conditions of the construction and get the rules and characteristics of approaching construction of two basic neighboring level parallel tunnels in the thesis;2. According to the Guangzhou subway NO.6 line Changsha approaching tunnel and Donghu subway station and back-turning line over approaching tunnel, as well as under the safety construction and small effect on surrounding environment, the thesis presents us a technically practical method;3. Joint with approaching construction cases and analysis on these cases, the economic and rational constructional method is finally concluded.
