The Overall Design Of Command Vehicle For Urgent Repairs Of Engineering And Integration System On Vehicle

Based on the research of background and technical development of the command vehicle for urgent engineering repair and the characteristics of the high-tech battlefield, this article proposes tactical and technical indicators of the vehicle, focusing on the calculation of the cooling load, heat load and axle load distribution; and works out the connection form between carriage and chassis, and folding seat and table. The solution to electromagnetic interference problem is given as well.Through the analysis of the basic functions of communication system, satellite positioning system and power supply system, the integration and technical analysis of hardware devices is realized. The paper introduces the functions and features of the small cluster communication base station, and discusses the principle of equipment selection of it. Design of noise reduction and sound proof of generators is executed. Key requirements and specific design requirements of the refit of the vehicle are proposed. As for the software, an aided decision-making system is produced and adopted, and the composition and system implementation of it is introduced in detail. Through the system integration, the fundamental functions of the vehicle are achieved. At last, the forecast of the future development direction is made.
