The missing detection system of bulle and shells inγ-ray is an urgent need for the development of military-industrial and enterprise sware house management,it is a social stability of scientific research task to protect people's lives and property.On the one hand, our country have a large number of bullets and artillery shells production line, produce a large number of bullets and artillery shells every year,the finished boxes of their products n develop the military enterprises, and build corresponding arsenal ,the arsenal maintain a large number of bullets, artillery shells and other weapons, the safety of these weapons need more and more attention need to be inspected. On the other hand, the ammunition stored a large number of ammunition, how to quickly test the finished box of bullets and artillery shells integrity is a pressing problem, it is an important means of improve Warehouse management and safety. Now, the ammunition stolen occur from time to time, it is very hard to detect, the factors have brought instability in society and the people's property and safety.The missing detection system of bulle and shells inγ-ray is use theγ-ray detection technology and spectrum analysis techniques,use standard kind of auto-calibration and multi-position measurement, simulate the confined box of ammunition and artillery shells distribution,and then discover the missing boxes of ammunition,the detection is sensitivity, small size ,easy to move.It is good for bulletsand artillery shells in the quality production process inspection and packing bombs storage box for the sampling. The system can accurately detect the defects inside the ammunition.If discover abnormal,the syetem Automategive a alarm signal,and we can know the missing boxes.In this paper, the main research results are as follows:1. Designe and develop the missing detection system of bulle and shells inγ-ray, The system consists ofγ-ray source,γ-ray detectors, nuclear electronic circuit unit, shielding and collimator transmission boxes and shells with the composition.γ-ray source select 137Cs radiaition source;γ-ray detector using 6 NaI(Tl) Scintillation counter, Collimator shielded with lead to shield the main body to narrow 2mm linear form. Boxes transmission chain with motor-driven gear, transmission speed of 0-10cm / s adjustable, This paper includeS the following main parts, Detector(Including: NaI(Tl) Crystal, Photomultiplier tube,High Voltage Power Supply), Pre-amplifier,Pulse amplitude discriminato,mux, single-chip microcomputer control system ,pc. Pulse amplitude discriminator of the hardware system design one of the main points, at the same time, the hardware system design is an innovation point.2. According to the system, By contrast a variety of software platforms, as well as the situation in light of the actual detection, develop the detection system software platform. The software enables the following functions :d ocument processing, mainly for data files, complete data files automatically stored , opened,quit. Parameter setting: main Settings parameters, The sensitivity of each detector set, Transmission speed setting bombs Box. Data show, can display real-time data collected by the six detector, and the corresponding data-processing. Issues warning: when the detected lack of boxes of ammunition shells, through the interface 6 flashing LED alarm, To indicate the location of the problem and return to information processing.3.By a large number of experiments, do the stability of the system hardware testing and debugging, Show that the detection system hardware, software good long-term stability.4. By a lack of ammunition boxes for the actual detection, show that the detection system can be realized over a single packet and the number of bullets of the detection of deficiencies.
