With the rapid development of computer, Internet and communication technology, the embedded systems technology has also been developed rapidly, as the embedded systems with small size and low power consumption, performance, reliability, as well as industry-oriented applications feature, At present, has been widely used in military defense and consumer electronics, network communications, industrial control and other fields. With the advent of Internet age, in the high-end embedded applications, the 32-bit microprocessors will become a mainstream, for the ARM microprocessor core of which is a widely used RISC (reduced instruction set computer) chip. This dissertation takes embedded control platform for the study, in the actual situation of methane concentration in mining production, discusses the CAN-RS232 intelligent gateway hardware and software to achieve the process, introduces the gateway hardware design, which includes ARM processor core for embedded control platform hardware design principle, the smallest system, as well as the main MCU interface circuit overview. On this basis, describes the system chosen by the ADS 1.2 integrated development environment, configures the software level of CAN controller initialization, CAN data transmission, CAN data receiving and CAN interruption modules. Next, gives the CAN data formats in the form of the composition and methods of test and on the basis of the ARM chip CAN interface scalability, analyzes the underground node hardware and operating principle, builds CAN network of intelligent embedded control node, realizes the underground nodes and the PC data communications, carries out to try the test of methane concentration in mining production used by CAN-bus technology.
