Since having completed for the first time since last century 60's, the double-curvature arch bridge obtained the widespread promotion by its prominent merit.Along with the peration growth, many double-curvature arch bridges all appeared the varying degree plant disease and the damage,as a result of their own structure flaw and the volume of traffic increasing.To carry on the reinforcement maintenance or carries on the appraisal of the bearing capacity for the living double-curvature arch bridge,it needs to have precise computation to actual stress behavior of the living bridges. How to analyse the force of the living the double-curvature arch bridges drawing support from the load experiment and the theoretical analysis,it is paid a very attention.This article first introduced simply the double-curvature arch bridge's origin,the development and the analysis elementary theory of internal force,and analysised the rationality of fitting the arch axis with spline curve;It studied the means of fitting the actual arch axis with spline curve in ANSYS software according to the measured data.Secondly, introduced a large-scale application of finite element software ANSYS,analysing the way of establishing double-curvature arch bridge's model, derivating the working principle of the SOLID95 element.Finally,all of researches were carried out on the background of the Xingxiu Bridge,and researched the ways of establishing the solid simulation model in ANSYS on the basis of discussing the double-curvature arch bridge's common diseases.This paper compared theory value to measured value by use of static load test and verified the result coming from the model that considering upper arch structure's effect,and obtained that the result was close to the bridge's actul status.At the same time,it also verified that the result coming from bared arch model was trended to safe.
