The pile foundation is one of the oldest foundations. According to the references, the pile has been used for thousands of years. Although precast-pile driving is rare used in Chinese Northwest in recent years, it is easier to drill through the met sand bed in open land on which the new steam power station can be generated. What's more, driving precast pile also can ensure from it's length and capacity, and no mud draining, and the cost is cheaper than that of the pressing pile.Based on the data about the test, driving, this paper pays more attention to the pile-drill, property of the pore water pressure, compressive strength of single pile, anti-drawing, stress and strain to study on the pile properties. The paper analyzes all kinks of factors that can influence the pile driving in term of the predecessors' work. All of these factors can be induced into three: engineering geological terms, design parameter of piles, the driving machine and procedure technics. There are many actual problems for divers how to economic efficiently dive the piles when the site is choosed and the designs have been completed.On the research of above mentioned, in order to analyze properties of the pile Engineering, the paper give a breif description of the pile Engineering. Combined with the pile Engineering of the second Datang Steam Power Station constructed in Country Hu, furthermore, the paper researches on the influence of the total driving number, the pore water pressure, the integrality of pile. The paper proposes an advice to test all of the Engineering piles and provide reference to the next pile Engineering.
