CFB boiler is recognized as a most potential for development of clean coal combustion technology, and because of its high combustion efficiency and low environmental pollution and good economic performance, it developed rapidly in recent years. The combustion process of CFB boiler is a typical thermodynamic process of multi-variable, strong coupling, big-inertia, big-lag and parameters slow changing because of its technics characteristics and its own structure and operating characteristics. When the load of this thermodynamic process changes, it's difficult for the traditional control method to ensure the control of CFB boiler target requirements and can not realize auto control. This thesis study the control system of typical thermodynamic processes using fusion control method.This thesis first analyzes the working principle of CFB boiler, structure and characteristics. According the parameters schematic diagram of CFB boiler, the CFB boiler combustion control system is divided into coal feeding control system, air feeding control system, cinder discharging control systems and induced draft control system and the principle and structure of the control block diagram of each subsystem is given. And on the basis of identification at the scene, give the CFB boiler combustion process mathematical model.Second, basis of the basic knowledge of cluster fusion control and CFB control requirements, design CFB boiler combustion process control system using information fusion. The control system uses a distributed and double-deck cluster fusion control system structure, the first using ART2 neural network to fuse sensor signals into time series; the second class use BP neural network to fuse the fusion results of the first class. To give the coal amount cluster fusion control system l as an example, we study the design of the cluster fusion control system. Finally, the main steam pressure and bed temperature is expected as the research object, compared to PID controller and adaptive PID controller, simulation curves and experimental curve at the scene showed that the cluster fusion control effectively overcome the boiler load change on the steam pressure and the effects of bed temperature, so that steam pressure and bed temperature maintained at steady state, demonstrate the good performance of the control systems.
