As one kind of important device in airfight, the reliability of launcher is the main factor for determining wheather it can play effectively or not. So it is significant to research the reliability of launcher. Taking a specific launcher as a case study, based on theoretical analysis, the paper develops the reliability analysis of launcher and further evaluation of it by the means of finite element technology, and taking finite element analysis software ANSYS as the tool.Since the launcher works in a very complex condition, firstly, comprehensive and accurate load analysis to the launcher is carried on in each kind of condition (vibration, variable load, etc) and different conditions superimposed by taking advantages of the theories and methods related to theoretical mechanics and structural mechanics, and then it is determined that the main bearing parts of launcher are quick-release screw, guide pillar and baffler in each kind of condition, so the paper carries on analysis of fatigue reliability to quick-release screw, guide pillar and baffler. On this basis, the static and dynamic loads respectively to quick-release screw, guide pillar and baffler are analyzed and their load values in each kind of condition are calculated, which lay a foundation for the analysis of reliability of the launcher.Based on the particularity of conditions that the launcher works in, it is the premise for the further analysis of fatigue reliability that carrying on static intension check for quick-release screw, guide pillar and baffler. The paper carries on analysis of static load by means of the finite element analysis software ANSYS, and the results show theoretically that all meet the requirements of static intension.Finally, according to the fatigue requirement that launcher requires to launch repeatedly for 1000 times, the paper introduces fatigue calculation of ANSYS based on the traditional fatigue life calculation. On the basis of ANSYS dynamic analysis to key parts of the launcher, the paper, on one hand, carries on analysis of vibration fatigue reliability to quick-release screw and guide pillar by means of the three interval method base on gaussian distribution and Miner linear fatigue accomulation law; on the other hand, carries on fatigue reliability analysis to quick-release screw, guide pillar and baffler in the composite conditions by means of ANSYS fatigue analysis module. The results show that the key parts of launther all meet the fatigue requirements.It is a general launcher device that the paper researched. With researching deeply, theoritical analysis method formed can be transplanted into the reliability analysis of other lauchers to realize reliability evaluation of launcher system as well as computer aided anlysis method and other methods, which plays an active driving to improve the system performance of many launchers of our country.
