Manufacturing industry is a pillar industry to determine a country's economic development level, and innovative design in the modern manufacturing industry has played an increasingly important role. This paper is concerned with one-piece low-volume product innovation design model. This paper is concerned with one-piece low-volume product innovation design model. Enterprise product information model is an important basis that the implementation of advanced manufacturing enterprise strategies, enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises business. Knowledge is the core of product innovation and design,and, this paper, ontology-based semantic base to carry out the expression of knowledge, semantic-based genetic algorithm to optimize the design of the product, proceeding to build a single piece of small-volume products, innovative design model. At last, the establishment of a single piece of small-volume products, innovative design model.Paper is based on Creative Design Model about Single-Piece and Small-Batch products, the main research works are as follows:First of all, from the general outline of the domestic and foreign one-piece design of low-volume product innovation research current situation and further described the current China's progress in this field, as well as the gap with foreign countries. Currently we are still those questions, and then give the whole idea and structure of paper. In this process, we give the semantic representation and formation, as well as the concrete realization of the process of genetic algorithm.The detailed discussion of the semantics of the library building has been given, as well as ontology-based modeling process.We discussed in detail based on the semantics of a single small-volume product innovation and design system design process and model, in this process, we used the product of decomposition reconstruction theory, thus making our system more perfect and efficient.Finally, according to the semantics of libraries have been established and product design models, we have a single piece and small-volume product innovation and design of model system has been designed - from process design, functional design, semantic database design, permissions, design and handling of all aspects of the logic complete exposition.The final paper based on the struts of the framework we have adopted, jsp, and SQL Server 2000, built around a single-piece and small quantities of product innovation system.
