The space deployable optical telescope is a new generation space telescope that following Hubble space telescope in this paper studied on. The primary mirror is foldable, a huge caliber primary mirror is made up of eight pieces of secondary mirrors and one center mirror, with the merits of huger caliber and lighter weiht.1. The finite element models of deployable machine in deployed and undeployed phase and simulation model of multibody dynamics are built by langue of APDL.2. The paper presents an dynamic optimum design model searching for minimum weight design with the constraints such as deployable precision, natural frequencies of deployable and undeployable, strength of materials and so on. The design variables include both the cross sectional area of girders and thickness of underpinning.3. The paper bring an dynamic optimum design searching for minimum weight by ISIGHT integrate ADAMS with ANSYS to constitute the dynamic optimum design plan, finish the interface of modules successfully, which shows the validity of the methodology.
