As a branch of vibration control, the isolation technology is more and more emphasized and widely applied in many aspects. With the progress of industrial technology, the cabinets are increasingly used in production and life, the requirement of cabinet structures is higher and higher, new structural forms appear constantly and the working environment is more and more complicated, vibration problems of cabinets have become a growing problem. Based on vibration isolation theory, this paper studies the arrangement and parameters design of the cabinet vibration system, and makes simulation analysis by the finite element software.In system design, the arrangement of isolators is studied and the loads on isolators under corresponding circumstances are calculated. Considering the request of vibration isolation and buffer, the parameter design method of isolators is given. Based on the motion differential equations of vibration isolation system, the natural frequencies and amplitudes of the system are obtained, and parameters which affect the coupled vibration are discussed. Based on the elastic characteristics of vibration isolation systems, the suggestions on the arrangement of isolators are given.In simulation analysis, on the basis of the finite element software, the models of the vibration isolation systems are built and the natural frequencies of the systems are calculated; Under the action of environments of GJB vibration tests, the harmonic response analysis are made; Under the action of pulses of GJB shock tests, the shock analysis are made, and the rationality of parameter design is verified.
